These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Idnetify Solutions Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Idnetify website and application.
By accessing the services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the services and you must discontinue use immediately.
Idnetify provides a digital event intelligence platform that includes QR code generation, guest list management, offline scanning capabilities, and post-event analytics. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform strictly in accordance with these terms.
You may be required to register with the Site to access certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate or otherwise objectionable.
Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Idnetify Solutions Private Limited and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
